12/09 - Work Progressing: The aircraft camera system is progressing with design of the mounting system on the vertical stabilizer. Camera angles and field of view calculations are underway to finalize the servo system mounting. The first system will be installed on an completely refurbished Grumman Albatross.
07/09 - Torque Meter Developement: The Torque Meter for radial engines is progressing with the completion and delivery of the first article LED and Processor boards. Software is in coding for LED illumination control and the legend plate is designed.
05/09 - Caution Advisory Warning Systems delivered: System deliveries have been completed for C-130H Hercules aircraft operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force. L-3 Communications/SPAR Aerospace C-130 Life Extension Program has completed modifications to the first aircraft and is currently awaiting the final software load of the Flight Management Software. Delivery of the first aircraft was campleted in mid 2009 following completion of flight testing. The last aircraft is scheduled to be delivered in mid 2011. The ProScan Aerospace Full Color Night Vision CAWS was completed and installed in mid-2008. |
